NTU参数的变化对列管冷凝器有什么影响

NTU是表征列管冷凝器换热能力的参数。当冷凝器换热面积不变且冷流体的流量恒定时,只有总传热系数U的变化才会影响到NTU。而影响其换热系数的因素很多,其中主要且经常变化的是污垢状态,人们定义了清洁因子、污垢热阻、传热度之比等特性变量来反映污垢对换热性能的影响。

NTU is a parameter to characterize the heat transfer capacity of tube condenser. When the heat transfer area of the condenser is constant and the flow rate of the cold fluid is constant, only the change of the total heat transfer coefficient U will affect the NTU. There are many factors affecting the heat transfer coefficient, among which the main and frequent change is the fouling state. Cleaning factor, fouling thermal resistance, heat transfer ratio and other characteristics are defined to reflect the influence of fouling on heat transfer performance.

在R相同,NTU不同时,列管冷凝器的换热量冷流体温升、热流体温降的比值约为(1-e-NTU(1+R)(1-e-0(1+)。R值越大,NTU变化时对换热性能的影响就越小(NTUo和NTU分别为换热器清洁状态下和污垢状态下的值)。

When R is the same and NTU is different, the ratio of heat transfer capacity, cold fluid temperature rise and hot fluid temperature drop is about (1-e-NTU (1+R) (1-e-0 (1+). The larger the R value, the smaller the influence of NTU change on heat transfer performance (NTUo and NTU are values of clean state and dirt state respectively).
